Federal Law requires that an Attorney Fee must be recovered as a percentage of the past due amount that is awarded to a Claimant. This amount is 25%. The contract for the payment of the fee will also be reviewed by the Administrative Law Judge and approved by the Judge before any Attorney’s Fee is paid to the Claimant. If Richard L. Wyatt does not win your case then you owe him NOTHING.
OTHER COSTS
Any other costs for out-of-pocket expenses such as the purchase of medical records, mileage, copies, postage, and other miscellaneous expenses will be paid by you at the end of your case. If your case is lost, then owe Richard L. Wyatt NOTHING.
